Support service provided by Wanido 


Wanido uses several domains to help provide services and features to our customers. However, your computer or your organization's network may block access to these domains. Blocking any of the required domains will cause the Wanido applications to not operate properly, or at all.


If you see a network or server error message, or if you are having trouble with logging into Wanido, your computer or your organization's network may be blocking these domains. You may see error messages similar to these:


"The specified URL is not responding. Ask your administrator to verify that the server is turned on, and then try again."


or


"There is a problem communicating with the Server. The server might be unavailable."


You can unblock these domains on your own computer by adding them to a list of approved sites in your browser.


If unblocking the domains on your own computer does not solve the problem, ask your system administrator to unblock the domains on the organization's network.
