Support service provided by Wanido
Click on the attached document below to view best practices for how to drive usage of Wanido from the get-go.
Getting Started:
- Test the Wanido experience by adding yourself to the platform as an employee first, before you add the rest of the company.
- Send a company announcement email to employees BEFORE you add them to the platform (NOTE: auto-generated welcome emails will be sent immediately from wanihelp@wanido.com once a new employee is added to the platform).
Encouraging Enrollment
- Offer a random drawing for the employees who sign-up and activate their account within the first | hour | day | week | of the announcement.
- Offer random prizes for departments or locations with the highest average engagement score each week | month.
- Offer random drawings or incentives if the company improves the average engagement score by __%.
Encouraging Connectivity
- Recognition - utilize the high five feature in Wanido to celebrate someone who has done an outstanding job, or even give those with the most high fives (received or given) an Employee-of-the-Month certificate to publicly acknowledge them. You can create a separate post in the social feed. This doesn't cost a thing!
- Interest Groups - do a social feed post or featured content post with a recap of interest groups created each week.
Build Trust
- Help employees see the value of surveys by acknowledging the areas the company is working to improve.
- Let Wanido do the work, just be an active participant in the social feed as a fellow-employee.
Share Resources
- Post company updates, reminders and resources on the social feed for specific departments, locations, or company-wide as well as in the featured content spot on the dashboard.
- Share references to digital learning platforms, LinkedIn training courses or other relevant career coursework.
- Post internal job openings!
Encourage Healthy Behaviors
- Offer healthy meal kits, memberships to health clubs, activity tracker devices, yoga mats, or other products that encourage well-being for drawings/gift cards.
- Designate a time during the day when everyone is encouraged to take a few minutes of meditation, post reminders on the social feed during that time.
